Territory Day 2015

Dear Residents,

It has come to the attention of The Caretaker that several fireworks have been let off over the weekend from a resident’s balcony.

Please be advised that IT IS ILLEGAL to possess fireworks before or after Territory Day.

If you are found to be in possession of fireworks you will be fined up to $2,000.

​If you are found to be responsible for setting off fireworks in the Precinct you will be reported to police and any damages caused by your action will also be reported.

Residents who witnessed the incident please report your sightings to The Caretaker at Reception on Ground Level, call Christie on 8943 9900 or email christie@ofh.com.au.

Be advised we are taking this incident very seriously. This will not be tolerated in The Avenue Precinct for the safety of all residents.
